Appellant was convicted of the offense of selling intoxicating liquor for beverage purposes. The record contains nine bills of exception.
The first bill was reserved to the court’s refusing to compel the district attorney to furnish certain information asked for by the defendant’s attorney in a motion for a bill of particulars. The district attorney furnished most of the information asked for.
