William Jansen, a resident of Randolph county, Arkansas, on February 7, 1921, executed his last will and testament devising and bequeathing all of his property to his sister, Barbara Blis-senbach. Shortly before his death on January 31, 1944, William Jansen also executed and delivered a warranty deed to his sister, conveying an undivided one-half interest in two lots in the city of Pocahontas, Arkansas, for a recited consideration of' $1,500.
