The appellant, Carroll Tefke, was convicted of manslaughter by automobile in the Criminal Court of Baltimore, Judge Wil liam J. O’Donnell sitting without a jury. He was sentenced to one year under the jurisdiction of the Department of Correctional Services and was fined $500.
On appeal, the appellant raises the following questions:
