The plaintiff-appellants and cross-appel-lees, Timothy Grendell and Gerald Phillips (“Grendell”), bring this case against the defendant-appellees and cross-appellants, the Ohio Supreme Court and four of the justices serving on that Court (“the Ohio Supreme Court”), seeking declaratory and injunctive relief.
