Thomas v. State
Court of Appeals of Georgia
1Opinion of the Court
Ellington, Chief Judge.
A Fulton County jury found Joe Thomas guilty of possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute, OCGA § 16-13-30 (b), and the trial court sentenced him to ten years in prison without parole pursuant to OCGA § 17-10-7 (c). Thomas appeals from the denial of his motion for a new trial, contending that the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction, that the trial court erred in admitting expert testimony, and that the trial court erred in concluding that it *215lacked discretion to probate or suspend any portion of his sentence. Finding no error, we affirm.
