Emanuel E.. Murry, William E. Murry and Barbara K. Murry (Condemnees) appeal an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County (trial court) entered pursuant to Section 522 of the Eminent Domain Code,1 directing estimated just compensation plus interest be paid to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without escheat.
