— ffihis is an original proceeding in the nature of quo warranto instituted' by the Attorney-General for the purpose of testing the legality of the incorporation of the respondent, Hughes- Tille Special Road District. Upon the filing of the information all of the respondents entered their appearance, waived the issuance and service of a writ, and answered.
