The parties to this action appear here as they did in the trial court, and they will here be referred to as plaintiffs and defendants.
Eva Jackson was a Chickasaw freedman, and the land in controversy was allotted to her as such, and she will be hereinafter referred to as the allottee. In 1909 a guardian of the allottee sold this land, under orders of the county court of Carter county, to the defendant J. G. Goodman, who filed his deed for record on June 28, 1909, and be has since that time been in the adverse possession of the land. The other defendants hold liens on the land. The…
