The plaintiff INTEREL Environmental Technologies, Inc. (“Interel”) brings this diversity action on behalf of itself and as a representative of approximately twenty five other subcontractors to recover monies allegedly due for construction work performed for the defendants. Presently, before the Court is the plaintiffs motion for a preliminary injunction to enjoin the defendant Allstate Insurance Co.
