Appellants, maternal grandparents of Shannon Kimberly and Amber Nicole Smith, appeal the trial court’s order dismissing their “Petition for Determination of Grandparents’ Visitation Rights.” The natural parents filed a motion to dismiss and the trial court dismissed the petition for lack of jurisdiction under the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act (UCCJA), § 452.440 et seq. R.S.Mo. (1986).
