Hawkes from a decision of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review, sustaining the action of the Secretary of Labor and Industry in dismissing him from his employment as Branch Office Manager in the Warren office of the Bureau of Employment and Unemployment Compensation, upon the ground, as charged by the Secretary and sustained by the board, that he had been guilty of delinquency and misconduct in the performance of his duties in that he coerced civil service employees under his management “to engage in political activity and to pay…
