Assumpsit, upon an account annexed to the -writ, which was for spirituous liquors sold in Boston, Massachusetts. The defendant propesed to show that the liquors were sold in this State, in violation of our law, and that the plaintiffs knew when they were purchased by the defendant that they were to be thus sold.
