After a stipulated bench trial, Fritzius was convicted on one count of possession of methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance (OCGA §§ 16-13-26 (3) (B); 16-13-30 (a)), and one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime (OCGA § 16-11-106 (b) (4)). He appeals from the denial of his motion to suppress evidence seized in what he contends was an illegal search, violative of the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution and of Art. I, Sec.
