Burton Yandell died intestate, in Yazoo County, in the early part of the year 1867, leaving surviving him a widow, but no children nor descendants of them. Administration of his estate was devolved on the sheriff of Yazoo County, S. M. Dyer, on the 3d of April, 1867.
