—In a juvenile delinquency proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 3, the appeal is from a dispositional order of the Family Court, Dutchess County (Amodeo, J.), dated June 21, 1993, which, upon a fact-finding order of the same court, dated May 27, 1993, finding, upon his admission, that the appellant had committed an act which constituted unlawful possession of a weapon by a person under 16 years of age (see, Penal Law § 265.05), adjudged him to be a juvenile delinquent and placed him on probation for a period of 12 months.
