GALLAGHER, Chief Justice.

This suit was instituted by appellants, W. H. Duvall and wife, Lela May Duvall, against appellees, Kansas City Life Insurance Company and one E. E. Clark, Jr. Appellants alleged that appellee Kansas City Life Insurance Company was a corporation, incorporated under the laws of the state of Missouri, and that E. E. Clark, Jr., resided in Dallas county.
