Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Montgomery County (Sise, J.), rendered September 17, 1997, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of robbery in the second degree (two counts), petit larceny (two counts) and menacing in the second degree (two counts), and the violation of harassment in the second degree.
