Defendant was convicted of violation of ORS 483.602 ① for leaving the scene of an accident. He contends that the trial court erred in: (1) denying his motion to suppress incriminating statements made prior to receipt of Miranda warnings; and (2) refusing to give a requested instruction concerning voluntary intoxication. We affirm.
