This is an appeal by Marjorie Maxey (hereinafter “Appellant”) from a March 30, 2001, order of the Circuit Court of McDowell County affirming the West Virginia Education and State Employee’s Grievance Board’s (hereinafter “Grievance Board”) decision to uphold the termination of the Appellant’s employment by the McDowell County Board of Education (hereinafter “County Board”) for insubordination.
