ARONOVITZ, District Judge:
This appeal involves the district court’s refusal to admit evidence in a jury condem nation trial for land taken to build a new federal courthouse in downtown Birmingham, Alabama. Also raised are issues accompanying the inevitable docket conflicts which arise between state and federal courts when attorneys have conflicting trial appearances in these courts.
Conflict in Trial Dates
