Tina Elaine Williams appeals from the trial court’s order of restitution following her guilty plea to one count of criminal damage to property in the second degree. She argues that the trial court unlawfully increased her sentence by conducting a restitution hearing more than 60 days after the entry of judgment of conviction and sentencing, despite language in the sentencing order directing the hearing to be held within 60 days; and further that the trial court erred in proceeding with the restitution hearing in her absence.
