_JjThe plaintiff, Ryan George, appeals a jury verdict rejecting his claim for damages he sustained in a two-vehicle accident in Lafayette, Louisiana, on February 19, 2007. For the following reasons, we affirm the jury verdict in all respects.

The accident at issue in this litigation occurred at the intersection of Simcoe Street and Evangeline Thruway in Lafayette, Louisiana, when a vehicle driven by Horace McBride struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Richard Benoit, Jr., as Mr. Benoit attempted a left turn.
