Judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City *917of New York, Borough of Queens [County of Queens], convicting defendant of a violation of section 280 of the Penal Law (illegally engaging in the practice of the law) and imposing a fine of $500, reversed on the law, information dismissed, and the fine remitted. The acts of defendant in the transactions upon which the information is based did not constitute a violation of section 280 of the Penal Law. (People v.
