Thomas v. Tremont Lumber Co.

"This is a Workmen's Compensation case. The facts, or most of them, are not disputed. The plaintiff, while in the employ of W.L. Hunter and through him for the Tremont Lumber Company, was directed on December 19, 1941 to go to Ashland for a physical examination. At that time he was earning $2.40 per day.
