I ¡¿Defendant, Irvin Harris, appeals his convictions of second degree murder, illegal possession of a stolen firearm, and conspiracy to commit obstruction of justice. • He challenges' the sufficiency of the evidence used to convict him, as well as the admissibility of a recorded jailhouse telephone call in which he was a participant.
