Plaintiffs-appellants seek review of the district court’s grant, on October 10, 1980, of defendants-appellees’ motion to recuse. Alternatively, they have requested this court to construe their pleadings filed in this court as a petition for a writ of mandamus. After the appeal was docketed here, the court ordered and the parties submitted briefs addressing this court’s jurisdiction to review the order on appeal.
