This appeal presents a single issue: whether the personal-injury claim of the plaintiff-appellant, Adrienne Sherman, filed in the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas, was a compulsory counterclaim which she was required to assert in the Hamilton County Municipal Court in the landlord’s earlier action against her for forcible entry and detainer and rent.
