MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDER

MUNSON, District Judge.

This is a motion brought by the National Labor Relations Board (hereinafter “N.L.R. B.”) on behalf of Local 294 of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America (hereinafter “Local 294”) to enjoin, pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 160(j), allegedly unfair labor practices being committed by the Respondent, Service Motor Freight, Inc.
