This is an action for dissolution of marriage, wherein Keith Alen Hall (“Appellant”) appeals from the judgment of the trial court entered December 27, 2005. 1 In the dissolution judgment, the trial court ordered Appellant to pay $300.00 per month to Sandy Lorraine Hall (“Respondent”) as maintenance.
