—Judgment unanimously affirmed without costs. Memorandum: Nicholas Donvito, Jr. was killed when the vehicle in which he was a passenger struck a restaurant during a high-speed police chase. Another passenger was also killed. The vehicle was owned by defendant Filomena Madonna and insured by plaintiff, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (State Farm).
