Velma K. Stalker (“Claimant”) appeals from a summary judgment entered on Count II of a declaratory judgment action filed by Automobile Club Inter-Insurance Exchange (“Plaintiff’). In its judgment on Count II, the trial court ruled that the language in a policy of motor vehicle liability insurance issued by Old Republic Insurance Co. (“Republic”) was not ambiguous as Claimant contended.
