This was an action for fraud in the sale of real estate to the plaintiff. The fraud relied on consisted of alleged misrepresentations and concealments on the part of the defendants as to the title. The premises were conveyed by one Lang, *136on November 13, 1884, to Perrin, one of the defendants, who conveyed them to the plaintiff on March 19, 1885. The defendant Dockray was interested in the sale to the plaintiff, as he had assisted Perrin with funds in the purchase from Lang, and was to have one half of the profits that might be made by a sale of the property.
