ORDER ON DEFENDANTS’ MOTIONS TO DISMISS INFORMATION

THIS CAUSE is before the Court on the Defendant Burkey’s Motion to Dismiss Information predicated on constitutional grounds. All of the co-defendants adopted this motion.
