Mr. Justice Frazer,

Plaintiffs, husband and wife, sued to recover damages for injuries sustained by the wife, who will he referred to here as plaintiff. The jury rendered a verdict for plaintiff in the sum of $25,000 and for the husband $500. Motions for a new trial or judgment n. o. v. were overruled and this appeal follows. At the first argument on these motions the verdict, by agreement of the parties and with the approval of the court, was reduced to $6,000, to include both claimants.
