This is an appeal by the defendants from a judgment of the trial court in favor of the plaintiff, adjudging it as the owner of certain personal property and enjoining the defendants from further interfering with plaintiff’s right to said property and that the levy for the taxes be released.

The pleadings contain the major portion of the facts. Additional facts are found in the settled record by virtue of certain stipulations entered into by the parties upon the trial of the issues therein.
