In an action to recover damages for employment discrimina*453tion on the basis of disability and retaliation in violation of Executive Law § 296, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Henry, J.), dated September 22, 2004, which granted the defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
