Mrs. Lois Stevens instituted an action at law against Paul Mirakian, her employer, for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by her as the result of the negligence of Mirakian in failing to keep his premises in a reasonably safe condition. She obtained a verdict for $3,000, which was set aside by the trial court on the ground that it was not supported by the evidence. A *128judgment was entered for Mirakian. This action of the court is made the subject of the sole assignment of error.
