Defendants Michael Lenz, 1 Thomas Cur-ley, Matthew McCabe, Thomas McTygue, Stephen Towne (collectively “council defendants”), Lewis Benton, Robert Bristol, Robert Israel, William McTygue, Nancy Ohlin, and Lou Schneider (collectively “board defendants,”) move for reconsideration of the court’s October 18, 2007 order insofar as it denied defendants’ motion to dismiss the Fair Housing Act (“FHA”) claims against them individually.
