Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Peter P. Sweeney, J.), dated February 3, 2015. The order, insofar as appealed from, granted the motion of the defendants Dinkes & Schwitzer, PC., William Schwitzer, and Alice Lin for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them and denied that branch of the plaintiff’s cross motion which was to compel depositions.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
