This well-briefed and well-presented cause is before this court on an appeal by the complainant, Carrie P. Dees, from a decree of the chancery court of Shelby county, dismissing the bill filed by him against the defendant, National Casualty Company, wherein he sought to recover disability benefits under a group policy of health .and accident insurance issued by the defendant, insuring certain members of the Memphis Post Office Clerks Health So Accident Association, of which association he was a member.
