Defendant-appellant-cross-appellee, Socorro Electric Cooperative, Inc. (Co-op), appeals an adverse judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee-cross-appellant, Edward Fratello, et ux., d/b/a Viva Chrysler Plymouth Dodge Sales (Viva), rendered by the trial court on November 6, 1987.
