This appeal arises from a dispute between the plaintiffs, owner-renters of various cooperative units and Riviera Towers Corporation, the cooperative corporation (Riviera), regarding Riviera’s authority to impose a sublet privilege fee. Riviera’s cross-motion for summary judgment was granted and the complaint1 was dismissed with prejudice.
