| ,1 respectfully dissent from the majority’s opinion affirming the trial court’s judgment. Rather, I find that the law when applied to the facts reveals that the trial court manifestly erred in its application of the “Rules of the Road,”1 and therefore no reasonable basis existed for the trial court’s finding that the driver of the flatboat, Jerry Rodriguez, Jr., was 100% at fault for the collision.
