The Latin Social Club, Inc. (hereafter the “Latin Club”), an Illinois corporation operating a tavern in Elgin, Illinois, filed an action under the Administrative Review Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1973, ch. 110, par. 264 et seq.), to review a decision of the Illinois Liquor Control Commission which affirmed the local Liquor Control Commissioner’s revocation of the Latin Club’s liquor license, and denial of the Latin Club’s application for a renewal of its liquor license.
