Pipkin v. Sun State Oil, Inc.

MENDHEIM, Justice.

*831Brian Pipkin appeals from the Mobile Circuit Court's summary judgment in favor of Sun State Oil, Inc. ("Sun State"), on Pipkin's claims of conversion, negligence, and/or wantonness, and trespass with regard to Sun State's removal of gasoline pumps from Pipkin's property. We reverse and remand.
