MEMORANDUM OPINION DENYING DEFAULT JUDGMENT

Debtor-Defendant Sergio Sanchez (“Debtor”) filed his related Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Petition. Plaintiff-Creditor New Austin Roosevelt Currency Exchange, Inc. (“Plaintiff’) brought the instant Adversary proceeding objecting to dischargeability of Plaintiffs debt to it under the fraud exception 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A).
