This was an action brought by the defendants in error, hereinafter for convenience: referred to as the plaintiffs, against the plaintiffs in error, hereinafter *300for convenience referred to as the defendants, who were sued upon the theory that they were liable as partners for certain alleged debts and obligations of a corporation organized under the laws of this State in which they are stockholders because of alleged irregularities in the organization of such corporation.
