This cause came on to be heard upon an appeal from the Court of Common Pleas of Fayette County.
On June 6, 1982, plaintiff-appellant, Donald R. Funk, Jr., was brought to the emergency room at defendant-appellee, Fayette County Memorial Hospital, by his mother, plaintiff-appellant .Judy Funk, for treatment of an injury to his left forearm. Following a preliminary examination by the emergency room physician, Donald’s injury was diagnosed as a fracture of the left forearm.
