MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ROVNER, District Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Elyse M. Roberts (“Roberts”) contends that the inside of her house was treated 1 with DURSBAN L.O. 2 on August 29, 1984, to eradicate fleas. According to Roberts, she was not present at the time of the treatment, 3 although she was exposed to DURSBAN L.O. when she returned home. Roberts claims, that as a result of this treatment she has sustained personal injuries including “resulting chemical hy-persentivities.”
