LEE, Justice.

The defendant, Michael Joseph Wright, was charged with the first degree murder of a child, and he entered a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity. After a trial to the court on the issue of the defendant’s sanity, the court entered its order finding the defendant not guilty by reason of insanity.
